nEw AdDiTiOn To ThE FaMiLy!

Well, we still aren't pregnant so don't get too excited:) But, we did get the cutest Kitty ever! Our friends parents were moving and couldn't keep her so we were able to take her! Her name was princess....this had to go. So she is officially the last addition to our Seinfeld family. Elaine, but we call her Laney is so much fun. She officially can't walk anywhere, she has to run or jump.

For those of you wondering what I meant by our Seinfeld family. Our first pets as a couple were guinea pigs named kosmo and george and we named a stray cat that comes around Jerry. :) Here are some super cute pics of us with Laney, enjoy! So, I thought I would put an update on here...FINALLY! Recently I have been struggling at work with my schedule because I have continued to work a "night" shift for the last year, and have continually been promised of a morning shift many times. So, for now I have decided to go part time and keep this "night" shift of theirs and work 12 to 6 every day, and go back to school! I am taking lemons and making lemonade you might say. I did try going to University of Phoenix a year ago and that worked for almost a year, but when I had my surgery back in December I couldn't go to class online because I was at my mom's house and she didn't have internet at the time. So, I failed out of two classes and have been arguing with them ever since! So, I decided online classes are not for me. The other day during general conference I was giving my marvelous sisters pedicures and they kept on sayin gI should go to cosmetology school (i'm guessing they are wanting some good deals on haircuts and petticures :) ) So, I looked it up online and the DATC offers summer classes for their cosmetology department, so I signed up! So, after a while then I will have a job that i'll enjoy and not be stuck at my job anymore, and be able to continue to work while Luke goes to school. Luke is continuing to work his butt of for us at work right now and will be returning back to the U in the Fall. Right now his work is taking up a LOT of his time and he can't take any time off and works sometimes 12 hour shifts six days a week! He is an amazing husband and I greatly appreciate all he does, and hopefully we'll be able to get away sometime. :)

Wonderful Weekend

Hello Again!

Just thought I would update you on the marvelous weekend I had with my favorite person ever! It all started on Friday after work, we went with Zak and Lisa out to eat at Chili's and then to see Monsters Vs. Aliens. It was a super cute movie, despite the fact that we didn't see it in 3D instead we saw it at the Drive In, which made me excited because this is the first sign of summer, I absolutely adore going to movies at the Drive In!

Then on Saturday me and Luke actually slept in, which is nice it has been quite a long time since I have slept in past 7 o'clock in the morning! Then I cleaned up the house while Luke did "office work" for a while. Then we decided to go to the Jazz game, we hadn't planned ahead but we decided to get ripped off by the scalpers at the game itself!

I am so glad that we decided to do this, it was a really good game and I got an Okur jersey that I think gave him good luck because he got the most points out of anyone in the game! I think that should guarantee a meet and great with the whole team, but no such luck! It was an intense game and they went from a 21 point lead to winning it in OT!

New Adventures!

Hello everyone!

Well we are in our new house and all moved in and loving it! It feels more like a home that our last apartment. Despite all of the quirks that it may have with the plumbing and other such little things. I am totally in love with having a washer/dryer AND a dishwasher. I have never had all of those in one place! Me and Luke are doing well, still just floatin along. Luke has a great job at central and works hours during the day, which is so super exciting! I am hoping to continue working my way up at Discover card until Luke is done with school and then we will go from there :) We recently bought a new tv and a ps3 for our new house. So today we have been sitting here enjoying watching Eagle Eye and College Road Trip. We are also watching our part time daughter, Holly. Zak and Lisa are at work and we have the pleasure of watching her. But, hopefully I will get some good pics and get these posts a flowin! :)

A little update!

Hello!

Moving-

I know it's been a while since i've really had an update on here, so we are going to squeeze it into this one so hopefully it will become easier to update ore often! Right now i'm taking a break from packing. Yes, we did finally find a place to live! It is a cute little apartment in Bountiful, it's a house that is being rented out as a top apartment and the basement as an apartment :) And luckily enough we actually got the top! This is going to be the first time in a while that we aren't going to be living in a basement! And our family is super excited that we are going to be living a lot closer to everyone again, and we live righ next door to the tennis courts by Viewmont High so that will be super fun. We even get a garage and a nice long driveway!

Spring-

I know it's too early for sure to say that it is officially spring, but I am so excited about this weather! Last saturday I was home cleaning and I opened up the windows because it was so warm and I loved being able to air out my house! Then today I was driving on the freeway in the rain and I as sooo glad that it wasn't snow! I hate driving in snow, and I love the sound of the rain! The only bad thing about this time of the year is because it is the busiest time of year for Luke, so he has been traveling to Idaho quite a bit which makes me sad, but i'm so super proud of him for working so hard to help support us!

Moving, Yet again!

Hello, sorry for the delay in the update! Unfortunately, despite how much we love our new ward and our new house, we have decided for Luke to put school on hold for the moment and concentrate on getting bills paid down. So, we are going to be moving! We have to put in our 30 day notice so if anyone knows of a great place to live, let us know!
